M/F OTP: I don’t really have a M/F “OTP”, but I’m pretty fond of Shizuru/Kurama and Mukuro/Hiei.
M/M OTP: ATM Kurama/Kaito. I’m hit-or-miss with it romantically, so it’s more of an intellectual relationship than anything else.

True! I was thinking more along the lines of personal values—what the character would value in themselves and others. Using “good person” was my error, couldn’t think of a better way to describe what I was going for. Gryffindor was on the bottom of my list as far as sorting Mai goes, while it doesn’t automatically determine whether or not a person is a “good” person, I think folks that are sorted into it value/represent/feel strongly about things that are considered “good” by the majority.

Thinking about it, ha-ha, that doesn’t really seem like Mai at all.

I’d put Kaiba in Slytherin and Rishid in Hufflepuff. Being Slytherin-ambitious isn’t just about yourself… in a /way/, it can be the least selfish house, because it’s about making a difference to the world.

Good point! And having the ambition to change the world is a big part of Kaiba’s character and something he probably wants and values. Definitely agree with Rishid in Hufflepuff, but I’m leaving that one open in case anyone has another interpretation. Also, on the note of Ishtars, I can also see Ishizu in Slytherin because she does sort of fall into the same category as far as “ambitions” go with Kaiba.
